About me

My name is Malene Kusk. I have been married to Simon since 2004 and am the mum of four wonderful young people.

I graduated as a nurse in 2009, trained as a grief counselor in 2022, and completed a Diploma in Psychiatry in 2023.

I have worked in the Children and Adolescents psychiatric Emergency Department in Glostrup, Region Hovedstaden. It was while I work here my dream of opening Silverlining Clinic startet.

My goal is to help some of the many young people and their families who do not receive the psychiatric help they need, often due to a system with excessively long waiting times.

In my most recent role at Hillsong, I further developed my ability to meet people where they are in their unique situations. As a nurse and pastor, I encounter many different individuals with various challenges and I love seeing how I can help each person navigate their unique situation.
